If your property is saleable with all permissions and authorizations in place then we will charge you 3% plus IVA. This amount is payable upon the signing of the of the preliminary contract of sale (contratto preliminare). Our minimum fee is € 3,000 plus IVA.
If your property is not saleable as it is then we can assess the situation for you and, if our help is required in order to put things right, a separate charge will be calculated. Once your property is in order there will be no obligation to sell it through us but if you do decide to do so our fee will be as above.
