Umbrian farmouse consistin in three floors, for a total size of 250 square meters, partially renovated, located just six kilometers from Città di Castello with surrounding land. Only the ground floor area, wich measures about 83 square meters, is currently habitable, with the utilities fully executed (water, heating, electricity and drainage), the flooring in handmade terracotta, the fixtures. The rest is in the rough and must be completed, only the supporting structure was consolidated. In addition to the house, there are a garage of about 50 square meters and a porch of 21 square meters.

The building is surrounded by a plot of land of 2500 square meters.
