A second flight of stone atairs leads to the third floor where there are three bedrooms, a bathroom (old fashioned but functional) and a three fabulous attic spaces in need of renovation. Each of these rooms is high and large with terracotta floors.

The view from pretty much every window is stunning and the location is quiet but not at all lonely or isolated, in fact there is a pizzeria/restaurant within easy walking distance..

As well as the shared courtyard/garden there is a very attractive plot of land only a few steps away from the front door. This land is private and there is ample space for a swimming pool. The surrounding area is well kept without being over worked and there are plenty of mature trees and plants including a huge lime(linden)tree under which to sit.

The villa has belonged to the same family for centuries and taking into consideration the size, the historical value, the location and the fact that a good part of it is already restored, it really represents good value and is an excellent investment.
