Small stone farmhouse located about 7 km from Pietralunga, immersed in the woods overlooking Monte Nerone, with easy access from the paved road. The property is not completely isolated, but a few meters away there is another stone building.

The building is on two floors, the first of which has two side walls inground and two free sides, covering an area of about 100 sq.m. for the house as well as a store of about 33 sq.m.. The ground floor consists of the open living area and a bathroom, in addition to which the store that remains completely buried. On the south side there is a French window that leads to a porch covered by a wooden roof and tiles, while on the opposite side of the living room, there is a staircase that leads to the first floor where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. It is surrounded by approx. 4,000 sq.m. of land.

The building was renovated a few years ago and in recent years it has not been inhabited and consequently small renovation works will be necessary, but in structural terms it is in excellent condition.

 It had been carefully restored, trying to use materials typical of Umbrian farmhouses: the external facades were left in stone while the interior walls were plastered; the floors are in wood and hand-made tiles; the staircase is in “pietra serena” with a wrought iron railing; there are two fireplaces, one in the living room and the other in one of the bedrooms, made with handmade bricks and wood; the doors and windows are made of wood, the windows have internal shutters, the external doors are of the merchant type; the floors are in once fired new tiles that copy the look of the old terracotta floors.

 This property is ideal as a second home.
